Without a doubt, the coronavirus has changed the lives of residents in St. Thomas and Elgin county.
The impact has been felt on our health, well-being, social life, finances and day-to-day life in general.
In partnership with the University of Guelph, a survey is being mailed to all area residents this week to determine how the pandemic has impacted life in rural and small urban communities in the province.
Data from the survey will be used in future program planning and recovery initiatives including those related to housing, mental health and addictions support, and income and food security.
