It has been a whirlwind 24 hours for Belmont native Noah VandenBrink, who officially signed a Standard Players Agreement with the Hamilton Bulldogs Tuesday, and made his OHL pre season debut that same evening against the London Knights.
Unfortunately, it was a loss for VandenBrink and the Bulldogs, who fell to the Knights 7-2.
VandenBrink was initially selected 83rd overall, in the 5th round of the 2021 OHL Draft by the Bulldogs back in June.
The Belmont native started his 2021-22 season with the St. Marys Lincolns of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League, where he posted 2 goals & an assist in his first two games.
Prior to the draft, VandenBrink played for the Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs where he secured a 26 goal season with 32 assists, for 58 points in 32 games.
