OPP have identified the two people killed Saturday evening in a pickup truck rollover on Richmond Line as 26-year-old Neil Banman of Chatham-Kent and 29-year-old Peter Harder of Aylmer.
The driver of the second vehicle, 26-year-old Frank Redekop of Malahide has been charged with two counts of operation of a vehicle while impaired causing death, two counts of operation of a vehicle over 80mg causing death, two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death and two counts of failing to stop at an accident resulting in death.
He has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in St Thomas at a later date.
