Imperial Road between Lyons Line and Mapleton Line is expected to be closed for much of the day following a fatal motor vehicle collision early this morning.
OPP Sgt Ed Sanchuk has provided us with further details.
The identity of the deceased has not been released.
At this time, Elgin County OPP and the OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team are continuing to investigate the collision.
The OPP do expect to have the portion of Imperial Road closed for at least the next 6-8 hours.
