As Santa prepares for his big trip to the Railway City, MP Karen Vecchio and MPP Jeff Yurek confirmed on Friday that all travel arrangements have been cleared for his three-day visit next month to take part in “A Magical Christmas” Stationary Santa Claus Parade.
As organizers continue to work on the finishing touches for the weekend event, MP Karen Vecchio notes that Santa is all set for his arrival into Canada.
And as far as Santa’s Reindeer are concerned, MPP Yurek says they will be in great hands here.
While Santa wasn’t able to make the long trip out for the announcement, he did send a message to the people of Elgin-Middlesex-London.
Kevin Kernohan with the St. Thomas Optimist Club adds that this time around, they will be offering shuttle pickup from 5 locations across the city.
And something they’re bringing back to Pinafore this year adds Kernohan is Tree Lighting out at the park.
“A Magical Christmas” Stationary Santa Claus Parade will be taking place from December 3rd to 5th from 4 to 9 p.m. each night.
