This Saturday, Yurek Pharmacy will play host to the 2nd annual “Toys for Trish” collection drive, in support of Christmas Care.
Siblings Margaret Wonch and Steve Bond, Pharmacist at Yurek’s, are back for a second year with the event to honour their mom Trish Bond, who was a volunteer for over 10 years at Christmas Care, before sadly passing away.
Following such a successful collection last year, Steve Bond says they are excited to be back and honour the memory of their mom.
He adds that it was always so important to her mom that every child has a Merry Christmas.
The toy drive will be taking place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday (Nov 20) outside of Yurek Pharmacy.
