Noting the need for a local facility is evident, West Elgin Mutual Insurance has made a significant donation in support of Hospice of Elgin.
Representatives from Hospice of Elgin and West Elgin Mutual Insurance, gathered in Dutton at the West Elgin Mutual’s head office of to celebrate the announcement of a $100,000 gift to Hospice of Elgin.
Ken McCallum, President of the Board of Directors at West Elgin Mutual Insurance says “Our founding principle, “neighbour helping neighbour,” is at the heart of everything we do. Supporting our neighbours right across Elgin County is our top priority, and it is why the Board of Directors felt that it was so important to support Hospice.”
The team at Hospice for Elgin note that the gift represents an incredible commitment to realize a Hospice for Elgin County.
