For the 3rd day in a row, Southwestern Ontario Student Transportation Services are reporting that ALL school buses have been cancelled for today in St. Thomas and Elgin County.
In addition to school bus cancellations, all local schools within the TVDSB will be closed today.
The London District Catholic School Board has said that schools do remain open at this time.
