All banks will be closed along with grocery stores including Real Canadian Superstore, Walmart, Metro, FreshCo, Foodbasics, and Foodland.
Both the Beer Store and the LCBO will be closed on Family Day.
Briwood Farm Market will be open from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., with Shoppers Drug Mart at 410 Talbot Street operating from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Lynhurst Esso & Variety will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., including for the purchase of alcohol.
All businesses will return to normal hours beginning Tuesday.
With restrictions eased across the province, residents can spend their Family Day doing a number of indoor and outdoor activities, including visiting a movie theatre, bowling alley, museum or gallery.
At this time, indoor plans may be the way to go as Environment Canada is predicting cloudy skies with 60 percent chance of flurries or rain showers, with a high of 2 on Monday.
