Twenty nine year old Sean Spehar is facing a number of charges after he was stopped in the city Monday night for impaired driving.
St. Thomas Police located the vehicle on Curtis Street, where it was also discovered that Spehar was a disqualified driver.
As a result, his vehicle was impounded for 45 day and he was taken into custody.
During a search of the vehicle, officers located digital scales, cash and a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine and Fentanyl with a street value of approximately $5700.
Spehar has been charged with Operation While Impaired by Drug, Operation While Prohibited, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x3 and Drive While Under Suspension.
He was later released on an Undertaking with court date.
A passenger of the vehicle, 34 year old Justin Caudle is currently wanted by police for Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x3 and Breach of Release Order.
