Melanie Knapp grew up on a tobacco farm just outside of Aylmer. With has over eleven years of senior-level experience in the public sector she is an experienced administrative professional. The pandemic forced her to stay home and take care of her two daughters and she knew it was the sign she had been waiting for, to finally start her own business, MAK Virtual Solutions.

The company’s main services include email and calendar management, writing and proofreading, file management, customer support, social media management, accounting/payroll/billing, podcast support, travel organization and project management.
