Victoria was born and raised in St. Thomas and purchased Bluegroves Farms in 2021. Bluegroves Farms, established in 1983, grows 12 acres of fresh certified organic blueberries with over seven varieties of high bush blueberries. They offer you pick, ready picked, cafe type organic bakery, jam, syrup, juice, natural and organic grown produce and Shaw’s Ice Cream. The season opens end of June or beginning of July depending on crop progress. The farm received the Starter Company Plus grant to help support equipment for the on-site bakery, and expand the front shop area to include 16 ice-cream flavors, a retail counter, and bakery case.
