A 17 year old will be without their vehicle for at least 14 days after being stopped for stunt driving in the city Tuesday.
Officers on Community Patrol were monitoring traffic Tuesday night when they recorded a vehicle travelling 121km/hr in a 50 km/hr zone.
As a result, the 17 year old has been charged under Ontario’s Stunt Driving Laws and the vehicle they were driving has been impounded for fourteen days.
St. Thomas Police remind the public that driving 50 km/hr over the posted limit is considered stunt driving according to the Highway Traffic Act.
