While a closure of the roadway is not expected, the city of St. Thomas is alerting residents about a planned disruption on Talbot Street.
Beginning Wednesday, contractors will be drilling boreholes on Talbot Street, with the project expected to wrap up Thursday.
If an effort to keep traffic moving along the main street, contractors plan to setup and drill in some of the parking spaces, meaning some of the spots will be unavailable at various times throughout the day.
Known areas that will be impacted include outside of 580 and 581 Talbot, 545 Talbot (City Hall), 502 Talbot, 466 Talbot and 440 Talbot.
Flagging of the roadway and minor disruptions are expected.
