A vacant building that has been the victim of several fires over the last couple months had crews busy again Monday night.
The St. Thomas Fire Department responded to 1020 Talbot Street around 10:17 p.m. for a fire in the vacant home between Briwood Farm Market and the old Pioneer gas bar.
The fire in the house, which is slated for demolition caused a brief closure of Talbot Street, however no injuries were reported.
Chief Fire Prevention Officer Kim Destun notes that the investigation is still ongoing and the fire is being treated as suspicious.
