Today is first full scale Friday the 13th since 2019 – and it’s shaping up to be a busy day.
Sunshine and warm weather is in the forecast for bikers heading to Port Dover today, and no pandemic restrictions are in place.
That was Acting Sgt. Ed Sanchuk with the OPP, who is also reminding everyone on the road to please drive safe.
He notes that driving safe also includes paying attention to the road, not documenting the journey.
Sanchuk adds if you plan on coming out to spend the day and have a few drinks with friends, please plan ahead.
You are reminded that today is set to be hot with a high UV index, so make sure you bring water if you are out for an extended period of time and apply sunscreen.
