For those of you still planning your long weekend activities, you can add a fireworks show to the list of options.
Members of the Malahide Firefighter’s Association South Station are hoping to kick off summer with a bang by hosting a free fireworks display in Port Bruce.
While the event is free to attend, donations in support of the show are being accepted at the intersection of Dexter Line and Imperial Road or can be given to any Malahide Firefighter throughout the night.
The show is set to begin at dusk on Sunday from the Port Bruce Pier, with a rain date of Monday, May 23rd in place.
Parking is available along the beach, however the fireworks should be fairly visible throughout the entire town.
