Staff note that future closures of First Ave at Forest will be required to complete the curbs, asphalt and sidewalks, however advance notice and detours will be provided.
Phase one of the Forest Avenue construction project, spanning from First Ave to Daugharty Drive is expected to wrap up in September, with phase two’s completion date planned for November.
