A 29-year-old St. Thomas man has been charged in relation to the theft of an ATV in London.
The vehicle was stolen from a construction site and recovered by Elgin OPP at a Coulter Avenue residence in Central Elgin.
Jordan Zachary Pineda has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
He will appear in St. Thomas court at a later date.
