It’s a celebration of community, the change of season, the sun and the longest day of the year. And while the event had been sidelined due to the pandemic, the Wildflowers Farm Summer Solstice Fest is making its much-anticipated return this Saturday.
Featuring live music, local artisans, delicious food sourced from nearby farms, botanical cocktails, art activities, and more, Jane Magri of Wildflowers Farm notes how excited they are to welcome summer to Southwestern Ontario.
Running from 3 to 9 p.m., with a jam packed schedule of events, Magri notes how much the festival has grown and how excited they are to be back.
Something new this year says Magri, is the launch of their cocktail flights.
But that’s not all she adds, as beer lovers were not left out.
As far as those hoping for a non-alcoholic drink, Magri says that thanks to their sponsors, that has also been covered.
She encourages attendees to dress for the weather and notes that blankets, cushions and lawn chairs are welcome.
Advanced tickets to the Wildflowers Farm Summer Solstice Fest will be accessible online until 11 p.m. Friday, with tickets available at the gate day of as well.
