A new mural will soon grace the west wall of Central United Church.
To help celebrate and to coincide with the Track to the Future Mural Festival, Central United will be hosting a Kidz Karnival & Mural Launch this Saturday.
Kicking off at 10 a.m., the fun filled day will feature free games, free face painting by Dotsy’s from 1 to 3 p.m., along with live music from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Attendees are then encouraged to head down to the Railway City Tourism office, where Splash & Boots will be putting on a free show from 2 to 3 p.m.
Artist “Derkz” will be on site painting the mural at Central United Church during the event.
Loonie and toonie carnival style food will also be available for purchase.
