Charges have been laid against three youth.
During a Saturday morning disturbance, two individuals were seen smashing a headlight on a car.
As an officer attempted to take the par into custody, he was allegedly punched in the back by a third teen.
The three youths were charged and released into the custody of an adult and will appear in court at a later date.
