It’s a vendor event with the end goal of delivering on a safety message.
The lidup4branden fundraiser is this Sunday with proceeds directed toward the foundation that promotes helmet safety.
It was created in memory of Branden Pettit who died two years ago in a skateboard accident.
His mother, Angela Ralf, explains what is on tap Sunday.

In the past two years the lidsup4branden campaign has distributed hundreds helmets in a safety awareness blitz.
Angela, says more helmets will soon be on the way.
The lidsup4branden vendor event runs 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Union Sports Club. A food and ice cream truck will be on site.
