Fanshawe College’s decision to abandon indoor masking and social distancing has created an unsafe work environment, according to the president of OPSEU Local 110.
As such, the local filed a group grievance last week against the college and president Mark Feltham told myFM the next step in the process.
Feltham explains who is involved in the grievance.
Feltham advises not all of the membership has signed on to the grievance, which was filed late last week.
Talks have to be initiated within 15 days of the filing.
