Lori Baldwin-Sands is seeking a fourth term on St. Thomas city council.
She tells myFM many of the discussions she’s had with constituents during the campaign have been about the wise use of public money.
She tells 94.1 myFM – town leaders and residents also have a part to play when it comes to protecting the environment.
Baldwin-Sands says if re-elected to St. Thomas council on Monday – she will continue her campaign for more childcare spaces in the community.
Baldwin – Sands says hand in hand with a strong childcare program is affordable housing – an issue she says she will also continue to champion if re-elected to a fourth term on council.
The Municipal election takes place Monday, October 24th. Online voting in St. Thomas is now open for eligible voters. Online access codes were sent via mail earlier this month.
