Seven people face dozens of charges after a search warrant was executed early Thursday morning at a Talbot Street residence.
St. Thomas Police with the help of the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit attended the second-storey apartment near Moore Street.
Illicit fentanyl, cocaine, crack cocaine and crystal meth with a street value of over $12,000 was seized along with several air pistols and prohibited weapons.
Thirty-six-year-old Dwayne Smith is charged with:
- One count unauthorized possession of a weapon
- One count possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Three counts breach of release
- One count possession stolen property
Twenty-four-year-old Genelle Ard is charged with:
- One count possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
- One count possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
- Two counts knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon (brass knuckles, flick knives)
- One count possession of stolen property
Thirty-two-year-old Mike Maginn is charged with:
- One count possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
- One count possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
- Two counts knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon (brass knuckles, flick knives)
- One count possession of stolen property under $5,000
- Two counts of possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition
- One count breach of release
Thirty-eight-year-old Kris St Jacques is charged with:
- One count of possession of stolen property under $5,000
Forty-four-year-old John Kellogg is charged with:
- One count drug possession – fentanyl
- One count drug possession – cocaine
Forty-three-year-old Kerri Webber is charged with:
- One count of possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
- One count possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
- Two counts knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon (brass knuckles, flick knives)
- One count breach of release
Craig Scratch is charged with:
- One count possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
- One count possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
- Two counts knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon (brass knuckles, flick knives)
