A 40-year-old St. Thomas man who has never been licenced to drive faces a variety of charges after being stopped by police Sunday night on Park Avenue.
He previously had been charged with dangerous driving but was released by the courts under the condition he not operate a vehicle.
He has been charged with three counts of breach of conditions, operation of a vehicle while prohibited and two other related offences.
He will appear in court at a later date.
