Draft Plan from 2020 - This is not the final design
At its Tuesday meeting, Elgin county council will be asked to approve entering an agreement to construct a roundabout at Centennial Road and Elm Line. The lowest bid was submitted by L82 Construction of London at $1.8 million, excluding HST. Work is expected to begin April 3 with completion anticipated by the end of June. A construction detour will be established to restrict through road traffic while permitting local resident access as much as possible during the project.
