The St. Thomas Jr. B Stars have aquired 18-year-old defenceman Brock Beer from the Thorold Blackhawks, ahead of the GOJHL’s trade deadline on Tuesday night. Beer is a graduate of the Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs program and also played for Ridley College from 2020-22.
To make room on the roster, the Stars also released defenceman Logan Van Den Akker to the Norwich Merchants of the PJHL.
