A special weather statement has been issued by Environment Canada for St. Thomas and Elgin county. Rain at times heavy beginning this afternoon then transitioning to snow late in the evening. We could see 15 to 30 mm of rain, that’s over an inch at the upper end of the rainfall. And then 2 to 4 cm of snow by Friday morning.
