Environment Canada has issued a Special Weather Statement for St. Thomas-Elgin.
A Texas low is bringing snow to southern Ontario late Wednesday into Thursday. Total snowfall accumulations of 10 to 20 cm. is possible with reduced visibility in heavy snow. Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult.
