St. Thomas police were called to a city high school Tuesday where a student was involved in a disturbance. He refused to leave the property and resisted officers attempting to arrest him. In the process, the student tried to disarm one of the officers. He was charged with disarming a police officer, resist arrest and failing to leave when directed. He will appear in court at a future date.
