To allow for enhanced collaboration, Victim Services Elgin has relocated to the city’s police headquarters at 45 CASO Crossing.
The move makes it possible to offer the best supports for the community, advises executive director Natalie Redman.
Victim Services Elgin had moved to a larger office on Talbot Street in 2020 to meet growing demand.
Redman says they will still work closely with all of their other emergency services partners.
She tells myFM the hours will not change at their new location.
Victim Services Elgin works closely with police, EMS, fire departments and social service advocates for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, theft or fraud, homicide, fire and motor vehicles collisions.
