Bayham Fire Department’s high angle rescue team was called out Sunday morning to assist Norfolk firefighters rescue an individual over the bluff at the water’s edge.
Bayham Fire Chief Harry Baranik tells myFM the specialty team is comprised of 11 firefighters.
Baranik says the rescue team descended down the bluff, secured the individual and returned up the bluff to awaiting paramedics.
No word on condition of the individual.
