A report from a concerned motorist in Aylmer Saturday evening has resulted in charges for 38 year old female.
Police were contacted just before 9:30 about a possible impaired driver on Talbot Street and conducted a roadside breath test.
The results registered a fail reading and the 38 year old from Bayham was placed under arrest for Impaired Operation.
Another sample taken at the Aylmer Police Station verified the woman had more than 2.5 times the legal limit of alcohol in her system at the time of the arrest.
She was released from custody with a future court date.
