A 38 year old Aylmer man has been charged with Careless Driving after attempting to pass another vehicle in an intersection.
Police were called to the scene of the collision at John Street and Beech Street just before 7 p.m. on April 4th, where the two vehicles were travelling east on Beech.
Both drivers then proceeded to turn north onto John Street with the accused vehicle behind the other.
The 38 year old Aylmer man attempted to pass the vehicle while still in the intersection, resulting in a collision.
While significant damage was sustained to both vehicles, no injuries were reported.
