The United Way agencies across Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford recently received a donation of $230,244 from the students and staff of the Thames Valley District School Board.
This is the largest donation since prior to COVID in 2019. The increase was largely due to a return to in-person student and staff events at schools across the district.
The donations will support the important and impactful work of the two United Way organizations in Thames Valley communities.
