Following an investigation, Elgin County OPP have charged a 58 year old St. Thomas man in the fail to remain collision that took place on April 4th.
The collision involving an SUV and a motorcycle at the intersection of John Wise Line and Quaker Road, resulted in serious injuries to the motorcyclist.
Daniel Lynch, the driver of the fail to remain vehicle now faces 3 charges.
- Fail to stop at accident resulting in bodily harm
- Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code
- Fail to yield to traffic on through highway
The 58 year old is set to appear in St. Thomas court in June.
