The application deadline for scholarships awarded through the Township of Southwold is coming up July 31st.
Annually, Southwold Council awards these $1000 scholarships to two deserving residents who are graduating from a local high school and will be pursuing post-secondary education, with a minimum 2 years of study.
In addition to demonstrating a history of community involvement, applicants must also be pursuing full-time studies in a field that will contribute to the future vitality and viability of rural communities such as Southwold.
