A 21-year-old St. Thomas man faces several charges after two separate incidents downtown Friday evening.
In one, the man allegedly robbed a downtown business using a syringe to threaten staff. They and others followed him until police arrived and arrested him.
It was determined he had also smashed a window in a downtown building.
