A traffic stop on the west end of Talbot Street has resulted in a slew of charges for a 28-year-old St. Thomas resident.
The incident began when police conducting the stop attempted to obtain the drivers identity, but the suspect refused.
This lead to six criminal code charges, six highway traffic act charges and two drug charges. Further investigation also revealed that the 28-year-old was wanted on multiple arrest warrants.
The St. Thomas resident was arrested and held in police custody for a court appearance.
