A broken switch is the culprit behind a lengthy power outage that impacted several thousand customers in St. Thomas late Friday night.
That included myFM which was in the middle of a St. Thomas Stars broadcast.
An Entegrus spokesperson told us the power went out at 9:07 p.m. and approximately 3,000 customers had their lights back on at 10:23 p.m.
The power to all remaining customers was restored by 12:45 Saturday morning.
