It’s getting to be that time in December where you’re either picking up those final details for under the tree or the panic buying has now set in because we’re 2 weeks out from Christmas.
Well no matter which person you are, the St. Thomas Downtown Development Board have you covered with their annual Downtown Dollars promotion currently under way.
That was Chair Earl Taylor who adds that until December 20th, you can get those dollars at a significant discount.
That’s roughly 120 businesses notes Taylor, with them ranging from restaurants to local boutiques and even a couple downtown grocery stores.
And with the price of everything going up, why not take advantage while you can! Taylor explains how you can get your hands on a portion of the $100,000 Downtown Dollars on sale this year.
Businesses will not be selling the downtown dollars but they will be accepting them as cash. Taylor adds that one of the best parts about the Downtown Dollars program is that they never expire- giving residents the perfect excuse to shop local all year round!
You are reminded that there is a $1000 purchase limit per person while supplies last.
