Poor weather and road conditions have prompted the cancellation of school bus service today in St. Thomas and Elgin County.
St. Thomas-Elgin is currently under a freezing rain warning and a winter travel advisory. Freezing rain will transition to snow later this morning and then eventually to periods of rain or drizzle tonight as temperatures rise above zero.
5-10cms of snow is possible.
During periods of heavy snow, expect reduced visibility.
