St. Thomas Police are reporting another city resident has fallen victim to an online trading scam.
On Wednesday, the victim contacted police to advise they had lost $48,000 in a fraud that began last November.
They had been contacted by a Crypto investment company and the victim was under the impression they were making money transfers and trades with a legitimate company.
City police are continuing with their investigation.
