The Weather Network’s spring outlook says a warmer-than-normal season is in store for most of Canada, including Ontario.
The network’s chief meteorologist, Chris Scott, says the unusually mild winter will pave the way for even more pleasant weather in the coming weeks, but not without some interruptions.
He says the first half of spring will still be a roller-coaster, which could mean almost summer-like days quickly followed by cold snaps, stormy weather and even some notable snowfall in some regions.
