Parents, caregivers, and teenagers are invited to attend a two-day virtual workshop as part of the Family Well-Being Community Workshop Series.
These webinars will focus on promoting healthy teen social media use. Topics include comparing oneself to others, online aggression, and the algorithms that encourage overuse.
The workshop will also cover ways to use social media for positive outcomes, including developing creativity and social connections.
These virtual information sessions are a partnership with the Thames Valley District School Board, the London District Catholic School Board, and the Psychology Department at Huron University.
