Southwestern Public Health is reporting a dog-biting incident March 29 in St. Thomas.
Around 3:30 p.m., an individual was bitten in the parking lot of the St. Thomas Gun Club in Cowan Park.
The two dogs are described as a large-sized animal with black, brown and white fur, believed to be a German shepherd mix, and a large-sized dog with white curly fur, believed to be a poodle mix.
The owner is a male, believed to be in his 40’s and driving a black SUV.
The health unit is seeking information about this dog in order to assess for risk of exposure to the rabies virus.
