There’s now a new way to access books from the St. Thomas Public Library!
Last week along with staff, city officials and members of the community, volunteers from the Friends of the St. Thomas Public Library unveiled the Library Van, which will help expand literary services throughout the city.
myFM spoke with Library CEO Heather Robinson at the ribbon cutting ceremony where she shared when we can expect to see the new van out in the community.
The purchase of the new electric powered van was made possible thanks to the Friends of the St. Thomas Public Library notes Robinson. Adding that a collaboration with the city helped to make their vision a reality.
