With it being Mental Health Week, our local school boards will be hosting three different virtual information sessions as part of their Family Well-Being Community Workshop Series.
The first webinar will take place Tuesday, focusing on building a support network while supporting children with mental health concerns.
On Wednesday the focus will be understanding youth substance use and prevention efforts, with the final webinar on Thursday centered around learning about mental health and mental illness, and their impact on families.
These are available free to parents and caregivers of Thames Valley District School Board and London District Catholic School Board students.
